Promotions

Reservations made during the promotional periods, may not be canceled or modified.

In promotional period, the reservation does not become final until the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay. The deposit amount charged will not be refunded in case of no show or early departure.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation can be canceled until 30 days prior to arrival. A period of less than 30 days or reservation not canceled when the customer would not have presented give rise to the next billing:

• if one night stay for one night
• two nights if stay of 2 to 4 nights,
• 30% of the entire stay over 4 nights.
